Your goin to need a mpfi/obd1 jumper harness a ecu jumper harness ...got mine for 310 shipped off ebay...to stay with your y8 tranny I'm not a 100 on it but I think yuou need a different tranny mount and a plate to go from cable to hydraulic...I think is easier to just stay with your stock cable tranny...obd1 vtec ecu...other than that the y8 bolts on without and problems...the reason I'm sayin obd1 instead of obd2 is cause I've always done obd1 swaps not sure if obd2 is any different I guess it shouldn't be

if you're not looking to do this overnight, you can take off your engine harness, package it up, and send it into rywire, they are cheap, and effecient. they can make it ready for any swap you want. they sell jumpers too. try them, i've only heard good things.

when i swapped out my engine for a D15B vtec and had power steering and ac what i did i got a power steering pump and bracket from a 93 EG not the big one the little one. with the complete hose that runs all the way down to the rack and pinon dont cut it because its a high pressure line and its rubber and kinda like a braided line inside. The hoses are not the same so they wont bolt right up so what i did i cut my stock hose in the metal part where its hooked on the body and i kinda messured the other one and how i got them together without leaking is a high pressure cuppling you can get those in auto zone and it should work fine. For my Ac i just used my stock pump and hoses and it bolted right up. Good luck if you need input on the stuff let me know and ill help you and ill try to provide some pics for you.

rywire rips you off they sell the jumper harness for a bill and the obd1 vtec harness is 300 and they keep your obd1 vtec harness that you send them...i got a new harness converted to obd1 vtec a and the ecu jumper for 310 shipped on ebay and it was plug and play

Don't get me wrong I'm sure they do good work but they tax to much on their harnesses and they keep the one they part out
