a guy i know put a 160i EG intake on his EK 150i and made 96kw...

Sounds like B.S.

Dyno numbers aren't really comparable unless they were both measured on the same day, on the same dyno.

Different weather/time of day/dyno calibration could send your figures +/- 10kw easily.

They could go more than that, especially if they've been poorly calibrated.
