I like the cream colored you got there. I cant wait to see what it turns into.

As for the wheels, I love the old school look but if you go four spoke go with something you dont see too often....

You read that garbage.  Haha, I was a lot younger then.  Not that the ideas were bad, just poorly executed.  Plus I don't want a track car right now.  I want something I can drive on the streets whenever I want.

I smiled the hole way home from Austin today.  Here's the to-do list and some pix as promised.

Fix: horn/brake light issue (neither working, fuse is blown but need to look over possible faulty wiring)
Replace: steering wheel, rear seat belts, passenger air vent, pedal covers, shift knob, glove box, cd player, front bumper & corner lights
Remove: stickers, tint, floor mats, Honda and DX emblems
Legal: inspection & registration

Then it's a thorough detail inside and out, light tune up and wait for parts to come in to get the real fun started.  Will also be addressing the rust issues, that's a priority once it's legal.

The steering that's been waiting to get used for 2 years^

Rough in some spots, but pretty solid looking. With alot of cleaning I think it will be a million times better.

That sucks. Do you have any pick-n-pulls around you? I know both of the ones I went to had tons of sedans.

Yeah i think it will look similar if you go with the black rims w/red lip route.

The white ones posted a couple of posts up are real nice.

Great to see you back in a sedan mate, good to see all the leaders in sedans again Smile

Yeah I still like those Rota's but after seeing these wheels on it, I'll stick with them on some smaller tires for a while.

It's so nice being back in a sedan.  I still haven't stopped smiling.

I also hope to be updating the picture in the banner.  I'm sure some people are wondering why this fugly sedan is getting a feature  Laughing

Yeah no worries.

I am going to need a wiring diagram for the radio.  The Radioshack deck was hard wired in and the cigarette plug is missing it's wires.  I think I have some links somewhere written down.  Kinda just thinking out loud but would love any pointers if anyone has any.

Bought a shift knob and a short throw shifter today as well as some amber corners.

Thanks to everyone who's pm'd me in a response to my WTB list.  I should have everything for the interior within a week or two Very Happy  The rear seat belts should be shipping out today so I can get this puppy street legal soon!

Sweet dude, I just printed that out.  I'll try to get my Alpine installed this afternoon and get the cigarette plug working.  Also need to start pulling the nasty tint off.  All of the windows except the windshield are peeling, bad.
