That really sucks dude.  Being that it was freezing cold out, wonder if it's a battery issue.

If you decide to part out let me know cause I'd sell the TL to buy your sedan & extra goodies.

You're funny John hahaha...

Found out what the issues was, well, at least what I did to get her back up and started.  I guess my chipped P06 ECU took a dump on me.  I slapped my extra Hondata ECU and the car started right up.. What sucks is that the Hondata ECU is not tuned for my car.  So, now my quest begins for a good tuner....

At least it started...whoo hoo... not going to part out just yet...  Laughing

Just putting it out there Wink  Glad you figured out the issue.  I may have a spare virgin P06 if needed.

Hmmmmm... I am going to see if we can get this thing tuned on Hondata.  It seems like it may be easier to work with down the road.

If i get another P06, I'll have to socket it to accept the tune chip, which is fine, but i would need a good solderer to do thta. Hahaha!

I'll let you know John, but if you can hang onto that P06 for a little bit till we figure this thing out, that would be awesome.

If no one else has a spare P06, I know for a fact I do, and you are more than welcome to it if need be. Anything to keep a sedan on the road.

Yea, i did mention that Steve.. I just was so depressed when it just freakishly dies without signs.  It was a close call but luckily AAA came and helped me out.  If i was in Atlanta or Charlotte, it would have sucked balls!  If i did not have a spare ECU, it would suck as well....

Thanks Brotha! I really appreciate it.

I found a decent map from Hondata and got the car running. At least it is running good enough to take it to the tuning shop one of these weekends.  I guess i can see how much she will be putting down while i am there..  I don't expect big numbers, anything over the stock 92hp, i am fine with.. hahahahah!

If you were in Charlotte we would have towed it to my house and stayed up all night/day until it was fixed.  Glad to hear you're getting it sorted.

Just recently got back from Import Alliance in Atlanta Ga.

Saw this video go up capturing the unbelievable event, then saw my car at 2:14 in.  hahaha!  just for a split second, but there she was.

Sick event, if you ever get the chance to go, i highly recommend it.  Not going to be making the Summer Meet in Kentucky, but definitely had a great time at the Spring meet!

Had a great time, met up with Gavi, saw lots of sick builds and met a ton of great people... The best was when the J's Racing guy, some older Japanese guy, came out to my car and started shooting pictures. hahaha.. He was like, "this is real" hahaha! too funny!

Good times.. till the next show, meet or whatever... Wink

I have the back end raised with those spacers.  I have to adjust the TEIN EDFC motor on the passenger side because it is hitting the hood.  Once i do that, I will close the hood properly. I just have had not time to fiddle with it before IA and i needed a quick solution. One corner of the TEIN motor hits the hood, the other sits fine.  Embarassed

I have not updated my project log in some time.  Here are the latest and greatest.. Got a few more goodies for the sedan recently. Plus, had a chance to meet and hang with two really cool EF sedan Enthusiasts, Paul Love and Jonathan Redling.

Thank you to Jonathan Redling for keeping her safe while in Charlotte North Carolina for Honda Day!

Epic photo shoot opportunity with these sedans!

Chill time!

At Honda Day!

Driving back home to Florida!  Total of 880 miles round trip!

Weird, i never had clearance problems with my EDFC motors, i wonder if i've just never noticed and i've been slamming my bonnet on them all this time, lol..

Hahaha, yea, it seems like one of the ribs on the hood line up perfectly with the corner of the EDFC.  I did not want to break the motor, so i just raised the hood.  I still have not investigated if i can turn the motor just a little more to have it clear.  Let me know if yours hit also Steve..
