well i posted a project thread on honda-tech but i just wanted to post it over here too! Very Happy

I got my car on feb. Originally had 132,000 miles and ive only put 2k on it so far. i have done some basic tuneups for the car, and some hardcore cleaning on this car.

seems to me like it was previously crashed but its still clean title.

i bought this kaminari aero bodykit for my sedan before i even owned it:

bought it from this guy, he just wanted to get rid of it

haha, ya i remember i was wtf? since when did a dx never come with a protector? so i went on the search and later i found this, its not rare or anything since i found it on every sedan i found, but it does make the trunk more complete.

btw i dont think the bodykit looks bad, of course steelies will make every car look ew. i dont want to put on the kit till i repair one of my enkeis. Maybe ill hold on to the kit for a little bit longer. Either way im in a slight dilemma(kaminari kit-jdm front)

yesterday i spent my day taking off a rear disk brake conversion from a 98 gsr, i had to remove the abs sensors so it added an extra half hour of bs bolts. I removed a 4040 prop valve from a da and whole trailing arm assembly from the gsr with ebrake cabels. Today i plan on adding the diskbrake conversion, but i dont have any help for bleeding my brakes! so ill get it done first and then find one of my bros to help me out.

This car totally reminds me of my old crx. Very Happy

new parts that i will be getting are:
function 7 LCA
either beaks/ benen lower tie bar
full camber kit(skunk2, buddyclub, etc)
all pillar bars
all sway bars
suspension up the ass.

as soon as most of the parts are bought ill upgrade my rotors and pads to some drilled and slotted rotors for some baller status.

its up to you if you really want the kit, shit if i had money falling out my ass everything would have been done already. jdm front with kaminari kit. hahahah i bet i can be done.

i just did my rear disk brake conversion with 4040 prop valve...... i busted my knuckles, i fucked up my ratchet(no more clicks.....) and the ebrake cables are too short!!!!!! what a horrible 6 hours. i started at 9am and barely finished. shit.

lol yeah you gotta have the integra 4 door cables to get the job done...it sucks not as easy to find. At least 90-93 4 door cables are not as easy to find i dont know if db8 will work or not but if they do ill have to keep that in mind

oh alright, damn since money is a issue i always reside to selling my parts. i just gotta be patient Razz. ill have it done, and ill just use the usdm front bumper since you wont really notice the pinstriping anyways. Would it be embarassing to put the kit on without my rims? i think ill put it on even if i got gay steelies.

function form type one full coilovers with adjustable shock travel. It was recommended by weksos, since they said adjustable damper isnt all that great when you can spend almost half the money and get the same result. Rides alot like stock and great over all product/looks/performance.

im going to the junkyard today to get some ebrake cables, my rear passenger side pad squeals. GRRR. i need to replace it.

Its my bday today! i hope i get a hookup. just sold some crx front mudflaps, getting rid of my rear mudflaps again since i need to get some money:P

resloved why my car was leaking oil, first of all the valve cover was slightly loose then the freakin oil filter was half way off. fixed it and now my car is running better. did a tuneup, cleaned alot of stuff up, but my engine bay is still dusty.

haha thanks guys, i didnt do anything special for my bday. But i did go to the junkyard and i got some DA sedan ebrake cables, took around an hour to get in doing it the right way. The stupid rubber grommets that allow the cables into the cabin were on so tight i had to force that cable in with all my strength from underneath the car, shit. But after that i made it easy and went on top inside the car and pulled the cable through with a pliers. It was a simple easy job. now my ebrakes work, i set it up for like 4 clicks.

Now i need to buy some brake pads because the squealing is killing me, if you see my car now youll be like "that shit is gay" looks like a straight up beater. :/. long ways to go. next week im getting the bent enkei fixed. and week after that ill get some new tires to roll on.

traded the enkei mesh to clipsed for some new tires for my also new rims Razz, yes im still getting the og san its just i gotta wait so ill refurbish these. just kind of thinking about not getting them anymore since i want to get another set of more original rims.

got them 2 weeks ago and im getting the rims done as we speak, just waiting for the wheel techniques to get my 2 rims done. just got one done last week Very Happy

so i did this:
i painted my valve stems green(looks similar to gsr green?)
bought a new repair kit(doesnt include the rubber inserts, and nuts), needed the valve inserts anyways, came with cool caps

began like this
original enkei valve stems

slight sanding and cleaning, used the valve tool to trace threads and clean everything

began painting(i cleaned off the threads before i added the remainding parts)

finished product(might add some more clear coat)

began polish
stage one:

stage two:

before:
yes i have all 4.
14x6jj 35 offset
enkei somethings, i was told enkei 90's but i cant find any info

paint stripping:

front and back:

and my one rim from wheel tech:

just got another one of these again, had sold my other one for some cash and it was a bitch to find another. this time oem rare din delete Razz

got 2 rims back from wheel tech, total of 3 refinished rims. one more to go. its the bottom right corner rim. has a small bend in the lip. otherwise no more curb rash!!!! so sick. also installed the wheel adapters i won on ebay Very Happy. from adapt if usa got them for 75 bucks!!! theyre actually supposed to be mounted to the car first then the rims on top. but w/e just for pics anyways.....so tomorrow ill send the last rim to wheel techniques and i will have an almost new set of rims from back in the days. what like 20 years old? also the left side bottom rim needs to get sanded down, they all had a small scratch that killed the machined polish so i just wanted them smooth. ill get that last one sanded and ill begin polish.

adapters on the left, and 2 installed on right side rims

so front adapters will be 1 inch and rear are 1.5.

repainted the valve stems copper, didnt like the green

also got another optional center console with din delete and a blue optinal armrest that i want to paint Razz

still need carpet though. grrrr.
