Am running Skunk2 sleeves w/KYB AGX's on my car. Fronts are all the way down no bump stops and the rears am on the bump stops.

I want to go lower in the front but dont wanna buy a Real coil-setup right now, can I install some custom top hats and get the nose to seat alittle lower??

Shexy.

I don't think top hats will make your car sit any lower. They're just designed to give you more shock travel. The springs are what will effect your ride height.

nice drop any lower your gonna scrape your headers, exhaust pipes, shave up the mud guards, break an oil pan, mess up the axle. theres a white 4dr in north hollywood with air shocks, drops really low and rise it back up. its not my cup of tea, if you wanna go lower air suspenion

Thanks guys

I do really like how it sits but theres that but.....I would like for it to be NO gap between the fender and tire. As it sits I scrape the cat going over speed bumps only.

I heard somewhere if you run Accord front shocks or Accord front forks it will lower your car like an inch...can any one elaborate on this?

clean drop. im barely tucking and scrape the chassis lol.

3rd gen accord shocks bolt right up. just gotta trim the notch for the groove in the fork. the front shaft are shorter by roughly 1/2 an inch but the distance from bottom of the shock to the perch are nearly the same. rears are the same but dont have the welded nut so you gain nothing.

Usually if it's bouncey the dampers aren't stiff enough. Maybe cut a ring off the springs to reduce the static pressure, it might prevent it from 'bouncing'. Just a thought.

Well put one of the prechs back on and suspension when back to normal, meaning I have shock travel again so no more bounciness.
Raise the car about 1/4 but am happy on how it sits now.Ill post pictures after work.

only the mudflaps but problem if I when over a speed bump the cat would problebly take a few hits.

I still have to get the rear bump stops out so that problebly will sit the rear more even with the front but still have the rake look.

You should just get some coilovers so you can slam in when you want and raise it when you are cruising in areas where the roads are all crappy !

thanks man

I decide to put one of the perches back on, after instaliing some custom top hats that are 1/2 taller I thought it would help the stiffness. It did  that low with me inside only but one's I took the family for a ride the bounciness came back and they started winening about the ride.
