Beautiful.

When's the shoot?

Oh, and the rail's - the hatch ones where designed to maximise rear passenger foot space apparently. That's why it differs from the sedan.

Ok bit of an update been really busy with exams, work and trying to get all the small bits tied up after the swap.

Anyway as of last night and today i've got my new tires on Yokohama Parada Spec2 and  made up the brackets last night to fit the Recaros to the standard rail and have the driver side in place just need to get the passanger side seat in!

Best news so far was last weekend the car got dyno'd and made a very healthy 167bhp! I was delighted with that..

Well done that man.

Car is looking so nice. Cool

Good turnaround fitting it all.

I myself dont like the power steering, i feel a better response especially driving at speed with a non pas setup.

On the crx most disconnect the abs as it really doesnt work that well and remove the whole system as it weighs a ton. Probably same for the sedan. Alot of crxs have abs sensor problems and very hard to find replacement sensors.

The uk crx seat rails are different to the jdm rails as the uk ones are able to move further back, so if your a big cunt like me i fitted them to my jdm import crx Wink

Yea, that muffler looks like it is hangin' on. . .barely. .
Get that twin loop in there. . I am anxious to see and hear what that sounds like on the sedan.

Br-, would you be able to tell me how many metal rods are holding your trunk lid open?

Just wondering if Honda's answer to adding a extra weight in form of a spoiler was overcome by more rods or bigger rods.

I'm having trouble keeping my trunk open over here.  Very Happy

Cheers.

Must update this, not much progress really its been sitting in the garden the last 2 months...

I finally got to the bottom of my driveshaft problem and picked up a DA6 Integra XSI axle which I needed..

Both Recaros and in.. I sold the Mugen Twinloop and picked up a Spoon N1 instead Laughing and i've also got a DC Sports 4-1 manifold to go on just need to get the 2 o2 bungs welded in!

There are 2 rods.. It actually won't hold itself open unless its fully up any other position and it justs falls down and closes again!

Mine barely holds up even at the top most position, any other position though and it will close with the speed and precision of a guillotine.

Big update due on this which i'll do in the next few days.. Took the last week off work to get it fully finished in time for a car show over here in Ireland which happened yesterday called japfest, it was a total wash out with rain though but i had some great fun on track in the sedan and it performed great! Anyway i was up to my eyes getting it ready its now got a full custom stainless exhaust from the manifold back with no baffles and a Spoon N1 and is now sitting on Tein Type HA coilovers.. These pics will have to do for the moment let me know what you thinK!

Thanks, the pics are pretty cool.. Doubt there will be too many more pics of it on track or on the stand as the rain was that bad i'm sure most of the photographers didn't want to get their equiptment wet!

Thanks all, and i'd love to make it on the banner!

It really did handle great and i only just fitted EF8 CRX SiR hubs and brakes with VTTR racing pads and they did the job really well.. The only down fall and it really showed up bad in the wet was the lack of an LSD i just couldn't get grip coming out of a corner!

Do any of you have any experience of the cable to hydraulic kits that hasport and innovative do?

The ZC had an LSD didn't it?

Should've kept it. Razz

Cleaned up the engine bay a good bit, fusebox moved to inside the car, map sensor reloacted etc... Have a DC Sports 4-1 to go onto it aswell just have to get the bungs welded into it for the 2 o2 sensors!

Looking clean.

On the obd1 engines, the map sensor sits on top of the throttle body, eliminating the vacuum lines that run at the back of the intake manifold. I swapped mine over because the line kept leaking  Confused

With it moved, the firewall looks heaps cleaner.

Yep if you see the first page I got a 64mm ITR Throttle body but since sold it on, one of the reasons I got it was to get rid of the map sensor on the bulkhead!

Thanks!

Think i'll save doing any mods on this engine.. I'll get the car set up 100% running this engine and then aim at fitting a B18C ITR engine into it!
