Wheel Fitment

I'm thinking about purchasing a 15x8 wheel and they offer backspacing of 1, 2, 3, and 4. Will any of these work? Not really looking to do a lot of work to make them fit, fender rolling at the most. Also looking for tire size suggestions as well.  The only wheels I've ever rocked have been all OEM haha, idk much about wheel fitment at all.

Not sure what the 1, 2,3 and 4 mean. Usually there is an offset associated with it.  Might you know what offset you are looking at?
This will determine what work you will need to do.

No offset was listed at all. I was confused at that also. Here's a link http://www.aeroracewheels.com/wheel_pgs/fifty_five_series.html

Yea, don't know what the heck that means.. Shocked

If the wheel is 8in wide and the backspace is 4"  = 0 offset

You might wanna go with 4" ..  321 is all negative offset

Thanks for the info...does that equate to lots of camber and tire stretch to make it fit?

It depends on the height of the car really, you can run 15x8 0. On
205/50s on stock height and you won't have any problems but if you
decide to go low, tires will start to rub, they will rub when turning.

I myself had 15x8 0. On 165/50. No problems at all. (Slammed)
But there's lots of people that don't like stretched tires.

I've heard steelies like this ride like shit and are heavy like diamonds. They do look cool though.

^^^ ive heard that also. my homeboy has diamond racing wheels and his car rides pretty good tho. I emailed aero to see what offsets they offer or if they can be custom made to order. Not really looking to stretch the tires, maybe just a little. Thanks for your input, Carlos.

Won't they poke though? What if I went 15x7 with a 3.5 backspace? Or would that yield the same results?

Found this calculator and it seems like I'll have to pass on these wheels...according to the calculator they're all negative offset http://www.flushstance.com/backspacingoffset-converter/

8" wide with 4 backspace will poke, maybe a 15x8 with 4.5 or 5
backspace will work better. But don't know if u will gonna be able to
find a setup like that
