Are cruise control bottons on ur wheel?

yeahh they are

well maybe u can go to the junk yard and find a switch that goes on ur steering colum its like a handle and its for cruise control then u can put those wires and stuff there.  thats how my sedan has it. im not sure if it was after market but im sure it can work for you ill get a pic up so u can see.

if you want to get rid of cruise control just disconnect it form the 3 wire harness. if you swap in a aftermarket steering wheel if you want to keep your cruise control then extend the wires to where on the dash where you want it mounted or what some people do is use the stock steering wheel hub ( cut and weld ) to the after market hub or modify the stock steering wheel hub to bolt on to the aftermarket steering wheel. but if you with the common thing get a momo hub remove that ring that connects the cruise control and horn harness.

The prelude steering wheels have cruise, they're a nice looking wheel too.

90-91 prelude kinda look like the jdm eg steering wheels i wonder if those prelude 3 spoke steering wheel fit i know the eg steering wheel fits a ef i done before but horn goes on by its self when turning something.

i was thinking of extending the wires to the dash if i were to keep the cruise control. im not to sure if i wanna disconnect it or not. off to finding a steering wheel i like. thanks for the ideas too.
