Spoon Style MirrorsAnyone know where I can buy a set of Spoon Sports style mirrors for my Sedan? I've only ever seen them listed for hatches.. Thanks |

i don't think they make them for our sedans... If you really want those mirrors then your gonna need to make it fit.. The holes will be off by a little bit though if you get the hatchie ones.. Integras fit also (90-93) but they don't sit flush with the doors. | ||||

Never knew they were different 
Was just about to order a set for the sedan and CRX next week.. Think they should be an easy enough solution anyway the EFs are hardly that different |

The CRX has a much lower and more laid back roofline then the sedan. | ||||

Only mirrors that do not work w/the 88-91 civic/crx/sedan is the WAGON's.I have used oem mirrors from a crx on a sedan.and a sedan mirror on a hatchback.I also used a base model passenger mirror delete panel on all 3 chassis's.Just bolt on and go just wagon is different. | ||||

i have CRX spoon knockoff mirrors on my sedan, just had to trim the bottom.
Question, do they make block off plates for the left mirror for rhd cars? I was wondering if i could get plates to remove both mirrors, like say i made my own carbon mirrors or somthing........ |

Yes,password has the block off plates for the ef chassis.They also will work since the mirrors work.And as far as you having to trim it was possibly because they were ebay knock off's I never had to do any sort of trimming or modifications to fit my oem mirrors on any chassis. | ||||

Isn't it the law in most states that you have to have at least 2 mirrors? so you couldn't block off both driver's and passengers with only the rearview one | ||||

That law varies from state to state. IIRC the minimum requirements for passenger vehicles is 1 left mirror and a rear view mirror and your fine. in califorina V.C 26709 states that technically you only need one mirror that allows you to see unobstructed 200 feet to the rear of your vehicle. IF!!! your vehicle is being brought into California and registered in CA... But If your car is bought or sold in the in Ca It has to have a minimum of the 1 left hand mirror and 1 rear view mirror. only time the right mirror is required by law (here) is if the rear view mirror is 1) obstructed permanently (by a load or towing) 2)a bus or coach. but! if you can have no rear view mirror if you have left and right mirrors but i think the cop was more worried about my tint that the mirror lol Only thing bad about having no right mirror (here in Ca) that ive found from personal experience is Cops love cars with blind spots lol |

Hatch mirrors will fit a sedan, they just dont line up the same. I have a hatch mirror on mine. | ||||
