On doors first loosed the 7mm or its 8mm nut from outside. Push the moldin inside, then from the inside squeeze the tab with pliars push it in the hole half way then the rest eventually ur going to break a tab sinces a 10 plus year car fenders are easier good luck

It is possible to take them off without removing the interior panel, once you've removed the nut they should slide off the clips, but then they're a PITA to remove without having them fall in the door.
