Sancho's second shot!

So this is my second time around with a ef sedan. I have a 90 dx that was previously automatic until my friend bought it. The shell has a little over 120k miles with a fairly clean interior while the exterior needs work. I put my ls swap in(B18A1) with a new timing belt and water pump, but I pulled it tonight for a few reasons. So far I have learned alot since I have been around aircooled VW's/Porsches since birth! I have spent most of my time cleaning up the harness and fighting the high humidity and allergies. Tomorrow I will have the drivetrain back in and maybe running! The next issue I see coming is with the exhaust. I haven't got my new pictures off the camera but here are some of the car when I first got it.

The traction bar/cross member setup

My other Honda!

If anybody has a momo hub fs hit me up cuz I have a wheel but no hub yet. I kind of want a Nardi wheel more but I want the car legal first.

The original oil filter

Junkyard Valve cover

After sandblasting and then starting to polish it

A close up, it is hard to see how polished it is. I still might do some custom paint instead of polishing it due to the fact that I can't polish the wholevc.

After tomorrow I possibly will be driving the car. I have to hookup the radiator, do some fab work in order to get the exhaust to meet up, and hook up the shift linkage. I need a DA arm(inbetween the airbox and intake).

The motor I have has very low mileage(less than 500) because it was donated by Acura to my school and only driven in and out of the shop for 20 years. Eventually they cut up the car and I acquired the whole drivetrain. I have changed the timing belt, water pump, and most rubber seals aswell as spark plugs/wires/cap and rotor.

Any constructive criticism would be appreciated because this is my first motor swap!

good choice in traction bar there, im making up a batch very similar  to the innovative product.

Yeah I was pretty excited when I got it with the car. How much are you going to sell yours for?
~Sp33~

If you start with a more abrasive sand paper, and then work finer you'll get better results on that VC. I'll post up pictures of what i did with mine later in my build thread, but it's very similar to yours. I polished the high sections and painted the lower sections wrinkle black.

When i first sanded and tried to polish i got a similar effect to yours, but then i started again, started with a 200 grit, and worked up to 3000. Now i can count my teeth in the reflection Smile

I ended up painting it actually. If it was like my B16 vc I would of polished it but since it has all the bumps I kinda gave up on it for now. I would love to see pictures of yours though!
Sancho

It's getting close to done. My dad welded the flange onto the muffler so now we just need to finish welding the flange on the downpipe. I was working on the throttle cable and making a bracket but it didn't go very well so I am going to the junkyard and get the da cable. I am waiting on my new halfsize radiator and still need to find the intake boot. After that I will be driving and getting it reffed!
~Sp33~

Coming together!
Sancho

~Sp33~ wrote:

yeah it is!
I just got my new aluminum radiator and slim fan. I got the downpipe finished and it looks like I need to weld a new hanger to the muffler.
Sancho

So I should have the car driving tomorrow. I have the throttle cable and radiator mounts as well as axle and castle nuts to do. I still need the da intake to ref it though:( I am getting a pretty good hookup on some clean hx'sw/good tires so no more steelies!
Sancho

I got a lot done today! made a custom radiator mount, installed the da throttle cable, changed the tranny fluid, and chased after a pesky water leak. It ended up being a tiny hole in a heater core line that I had looked over multiple times. After working on it since 9 in the morning I did get alot done except for the fact that it won't start. At first it wasn't enough fuel pressure. I had a crappy battery and put a known good one in and got fuel pressure. Then I still couldn't get it running because of a lack of spark. Basically my dad and I have been chasing that for the last three hours or more. I will put up some shocking pictures later!
~Sp33~

Weak spark = poor ground?

Or no spark at all? Getting power to the distributor?
Sancho

I should have been more specific. There is no spark. I worked a little more and the coil isn't getting any voltage, but I have had enough for today. My dad and I just get pissed off at each other and such. I might try to enlist my Honda guru friends help soon! Hopefully I will have everything sorted out before Friday so I can get it reffed.
Sancho

I just have to say that I hate to do things like this but I ended up doing it since the po had already started. HE was running an aluminum radiator with the b20 setup but apparently mine is much higher so I had to cut out alot more of the hood as you can see here.

I was given this to mount the radiator but it wasn't cutting it so to speak.

I decided to do something different and this was kind of left over from my attempts at a custom throttle bracket of all things! It might not look strong but I promise that it holds the radiator very well!

I just hope to figure out my problem soon, I worked on it for a little over two hours today. I will go back out later and try to get it all worked out!
~Sp33~

That bracket looks fine, shame you had to cut the hood but it's hardly something to worry about. Just try and seal the edge that you cut or it'll start rusting quick-smart.

Good luck on your woes man!
Sancho

Thanks to my buddies Eric and George of the JDM MOB it is running! My handicap is that I'm an aircooled vw/Porsche person converted to Honda. There was a combination of things that were wrong though: the main relay worked but apparently not as well as it should have so we put a known good one in. A couple of the wire connections for the ignition module were loose and and I had messed up the dizzy plug wiring very slightly. It smoked on startup but now its alot better. I then had to change the polarity of the fan. I am going to put on the axle nut on and take it off of jack stands and go cruisin! I might try to get iit reffed this Friday depending if I can get access to an emissions analzyer to check out how clean shes blowing. I am unsure if my cat is any good.
~Sp33~

Damn, that's some good news.
Sancho

Overall I am very pleased with the car to this point however I have a few points to address. I still need to wire up the evap purge solenoids in order to ref my car. I was hoping that someone could verify the wire colors for me. I found the wires that I think are correct but I don't have any ecu pinouts to verify I am correct. Driving around my community at like 20mph the car is great. I head out on to the main road and it shakes like hell form 30-50 mph but goes away once I get to 55-60. The tierods have a ton a play so I'm going to replace them and align the car the best I can until I start my semester up in August. There I can get it hopefully onto our hunter alignment rack! It's seems relatively fast but I am probably going to install a jdm b16 cable tranny my friend has because I love the gearing of my EM1! I think I am going to get my HX's today so no more steelies!
Sancho

Before

After

One of the other beasts of the fleet! It has a 1915 in it and is pretty fun to drive. My dad and I built it out of boxes basically. Might be on the chopping block due to having to many vehicles though:(

Today was great! I got rid of the steelies and most importantly I got an intake box and arm so I am one step closer to being legal. I also got a new line to the heater core because one of them had a leak.
Sancho

Yesterday I went for a nice cruise and I really need to change out my tie rods and align it. Instead of changing them out my Dad, his friend, and I decided to sit around and drink a little. The St. Pauli's Girls told me it would be an awesome idea to tint my windows! It sucked because for the life of me I couldn't cut the tint very well.... Next time there will be no alcohol involved when I tint the rest of my windows!
~Sp33~

lol.

Wheels look good.
Sancho

My back is killing me. I guess that is the side effect of having a low car and no lift though. I have finished up all of the wiring under the hood however I have used up all of my dads shrink wrap! I even polished the radiator. Will da tie rod inners and outers work on my rack? I have some that I will try tomorrow and find out for sure. I am going to need a new passenger side axle:(

Notice anything different?
Sancho

I will be going to see the referee Friday morning to get my sticker, and then I will be able to legally drive my car without Indiana plates in California.
Sancho

I failed the referee test. its cool though because I was missing a check valve from the cold start solenoid(I think) to the intake, and he said I had the wrong ecu. He is wrong on the ecu but I won't trip my last digits are 01 and they need to be 02. I passed the emissions test which I was unsure about because I was using a cat with over 280k miles! I picked up two pairs of 6.5's and installed all but one because I ran out of light. I will be taking it out to Thunderhill raceway in a week or two for some hot laps so that should be fun!
~Sp33~

Nice, do you have a video camera? Get some footage!
Sancho

I don't but my buddy has a go pro that I will try to borrow. I am unsure if I am going to take the em1 or the sedan to the track. I honestly think I will have more fun with the em1.
Sancho

No real big updates since I was on Oregon for a little over a week. I missed my new frontend parts(inner outer tierods, balljoints uca's, etc). I am stoked to hit up the track wednesday in my Si. I won't be working on it much more because I just got a turbo fuel injected 2.4 liter motor for the Porsche so I need to get that installed and tuned! Its going to be a beast. I really need a pr4-lo2 ecu so if anyone has one let me know bcuz I can't pass the ref until I get one:(

Anyways Things are really coming together at last. My ecu is on the way from the Bay Area as well as a hbk steering wheel hub so I can mount my steering wheel. All I need is a little check valve which I will get from the junkyard today hopefully. I will be going back to the ref this Friday if everything goes according to plan. I also got this in the mail

New inner and outer tie rods, uca's, sway bar endlinks lower ball joints
I plan on doing everything except for the ball joints today since I don't have a press.
I have been enjoying my car it is more fun that I excpected! I have been beating on it pretty hard and I am getting better mileage than my Si without premium gas.
Sancho

I got lazy today and didn't rebuild the front end, but I did go to the junkyard and got a couple cool things. A new shift knob

Notice anything weird?!?
I picked up a couple other little things, but I liked the shift knob the most.
This will be the before picture since I am changing out the steering wheel as soon as I get the hub!

Were you referring to the VW? That's why i thought it was funny.

Sancho wrote:

RT4wd gearnob! *highfive*
Sancho

No I wasn't referring to the Bug, I was referring to the 72 Porsche 914 my dad and I have been building.

Yesterday was so fun at the track in the Si! I gave a G8 gxp and c6 hell all day. I would lose the G8 on the straight and catch him halfway through turn 1. The C6 vette never passed me because I always had a big lead on him through the corners, but he would almost catch me on the straight. I am definitely going to be doing tons more track days just not in the em1 since its my dd.

I got my ecu and hub yesterday! I installed my steering wheel as soon as I got back from the track. This morning I installed the ecu and check valve I didn't have previously. I am scheduled for the ref next Friday and it will pass! I will get some pictures of me on the track and skidpad once I get them from my friend and post pics of the interior.
Sancho

Well I would say Phase one of the build is almost at completion. That would be having a driving legal car. Now that means that there is more in store. I know I said earlier I wouldn't be working on it much, but ohwell. I was kickin it with my buddy who sold me the shell, and I originally wanted to buy his B2o Vtec, but I think I am going to boost the ls. The motor has 500 miles on it so I want to drive the thing. I have wanted to boost a Honda for a couple years anyways, and the B20 has a really high compression ratio which makes me not want to boost it although it is fully built. I will sleep on it for awhile and do some research on my ideal turbo setup. Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sancho

Looking for my horn button I found another shift knob. I believe that it is off of a GTI, but I could be wrong. Here are some updated pictures.

The rims are pretty dirty, but I realized I never posted a close up of them. I believe that they are powdercoated.

Hopefully I get accepted into the EF sedan squad in the next couple of weeks! I will be visiting the referee Friday morning, and I expect to pass .
Sancho

So freaking mad. I am glad that I am a calm mannered person and so should the ref! He knows that I have my smog license, but the way he was talking to me made me want to beat the shit out of him. Apparently I had installed a one way valve where I should have installed a dashpot!?!? I get to go back for a third time, and dude gets to smog my car for a third time! He passed my friend with a shitty ls swap in a 91 ef sedan that even he knew was missing things, but he won't pass me. I just need to find a DASHPOT now which might be a bit of a challenge. I went to Kragens quickly and asked them and they looked at me like I was speaking German to them or something.
cmbjr89zc

car is coming along nicely, sucks you're having so many problems. good luck  Very Happy
Sancho

Thanks for the compliment, and  I am just getting started! These problems are nothing compared to what I am dealing with on my dads Porsche Mad
~Sp33~

Those new pics look good. You should spend a bit of time on that paint, you might be surprised at how good you can get it looking. Nice paint makes a world of difference.
Sancho

The only thing that I can think to compare the paint to is a horribly receding hairline! In those pictures it looks okay but the roof, trunk and a bit of the drivers side clearcoat is done. I already messed with it, but I will just have to repaint it. My semester starts the 16th and I am taking on 17 maybe 19 units. The good news is that it's all automotive! I will be redoing the frontend and aligning it, but thats about it until december. I hope to boost on it over Winter break since I have a month off then. Time will be spent on school and lady frineds for awhile!
Sancho

I've been SO busy with these damn aircooled cars. Changed the bug motor to something more tame, and then had to take the motor out of the Porsche and take the heads off to have inserts put in due to stripped spark plug holes Evil or Very Mad I have been able to get a blox short shifter from mr ef2 sedan and I got some 6k hids from a local import/ricer place for cheap. I love the shifter its obviously a lot shorter throw, but its not as loose a what I had before. I love the hids, but I need to aim them asap because they are aimed straight down and to the right!
mitsubishiv5

mitsubishiv5 wrote:

Yeah its a ten second car Rolling Eyes
I kind of wish it was any other color than red like white, and the reason is every car I have owned since I got my license except for one has been red! I will take the last part as a major compliment because I have looked through your whole build thread, and you have done lots of hard work. Are you are painter by profession? The reason I ask is the backs of those seats you did for your buddy turned out awesome!

As far as updates go I am kind of excited, but sad. My buddy who sold me the shell is leaving for Korea in the near future which sucks. However he is selling alot of cool stuff so I will hopefully have my turbo parts sooner than I expected, and maybe a B16 golden eagle stroked 1.9 turbocharged type R tranny eg hatch(if he will sell it!)
Sancho

I'm pretty excited because I am getting back the mint seats that I gave to my dads friend that came out of the last sedan. They are literally perfect now all I need to do is get my mint door panels back from my other friend! Also ref on Friday. Third times the charm damnit.
~Sp33~

ergh,

Goodluck with it!
Sancho

After waiting 30 minutes on the phone to schedule my appointment I was told that the ref wasn't going to be at work this friday. Hopefully he will be there next friday because my temporary registration expires at the end of August. If only I had a job at a smog shop I would have takencare of this two months ago! On a sidenote I aimed my headlights yesterday, and now I can truly see with my hids! I had to move them so much.
Sancho

Today went differently than I would have imagined! I was on break from class for 10 minutes looking out of the shop I noticed the ref's door was open. I go over and sure enough he was there! I was told on the phone he wasn't going to be there this friday or the next....but they were wrong. He told me to schedule an appointment on the phone and that he had openings. The dumbass people on the phone said he didn't have openings. I was able to sweet talk him into testing my car, and the dumbass assistant didn't jump the timing connector so I almost failed the timing check. The ref checks it again and it was cool. The last thing is the gas cap test, and it FAILS. The last time it passed so I'm like WTF!!! I was able to get a new one and my car is now legal at last!!! I will go to dmv and get plates next week.
Mr.ef2sedan

Nice congats. Very Happy
Sancho

I had been wanting to do something for a lip for a long time now, so I went to the junk yard in search of something. Along the way I found a wagovan and tried to get the rocker panel covers, but I was only able to get one side off. Check out my new snowplow!

As far as durability and longevity I don't think it will last to long. However I will only be out 10 bucks and maybe 45 minutes of work. I will be mounting up my 2.5 inch exhaust as soon as I get a couple flanges, and if I can get another electronic cutout butterfly piece I will have a working cutout. Right now I made a block off plate.
~Sp33~

That looks terrible man, lol. What's it off of?
Sancho

~Sp33~ wrote:
That looks terrible man, lol. What's it off of?

I will admit that it came out terrible, but in my mind I thought it would have been greatness! It's off of a late 80's early 90's blazer and then I had to lengthen it 3 3/4 inches. I took it off yesterday morning before I went to class because I was so ashamed of it!

On a  more positive note I am beginning the first steps of phase 2 I would say. I am getting everything but an intercooler and piping either this week or next week depending on how quickly I can get money together. I can't wait to boost on it!
Sancho

This week went well, I traded some stupid 16s for some decent ls meshes. I actually think that I am not going to run those, but instead some 13 inch steelies for the sleeper effect! I am still trying to get an intercooler, but everything else is decided on I just have to buy it from my buddy. I am loving driving it I have gotten 34 and 33 mpgs my two last tanks. I also should be getting the jdm console thing from another friend of mine if he ever remembers to get it from his shop.
~Sp33~

Meshies look great for that stock look, i reckon stick with them Smile
Sancho

~Sp33~ wrote:

Meshies do look good, but I'm going for the sleeper look Very Happy I put some 13 inch steelies I had laying around on it so it looks stock except for the ride height. I finished tinting my drivers side back window, and it turned out better. I decided to drink beer after not before and the results are much better Cool I have an extra set of taillights and center piece and I like the look of 88-89 center pieces with the black so I used my extra tint on it.

Most of it turned out well, but a few parts I hate so I don't think I will use it. Once I get more tint I am going to attempt the back window.
bigluelok

nice progress man. quick question i see the top mount for the radiator but what did you do about the bottom mount?
Sancho

Technically I don't have a bottom mount. However it is resting in between the traction bar and the body which I slightly trimmed. I will try to remember to take a picture of it. Are you running one?
bigluelok

trying to run one in me Civic Wagon
Sancho

Tomorrow should be a good day! I will be getting my turbo, mani/downpipe, bov, socketed p28, obd 1 dizzy, injectors, aem fuel rail, and thats it. My other friend has an intercooler, but he hasn't got me info on it yet, and then I need to get a wastegate. Anybodyhave a 38 mm tial wastegate?
~Sp33~

That garnish is interesting, any pics with it on?
Sancho

~Sp33~ wrote:

I never put it on. I decided to take the tint off because I wasn't happy with a few parts of it. Not trying to be nosy, but did you find it interesting in a good or bad way?

I am not usually a procrastinator, but i was because I was short on funds. I went to buy some of the goodies I listed earlier, but all that he had left was an exhaust manifold/downpipe and turbo. This kind of sucks, but oh well. I got an ecu that I will solder in a socket myself, but I still need to get an intercooler and piping, bov, wastegate, injectors, obd 1 dizzy, etc.

I already forgot the specs on the turbo I will get them later.

Bigluelok heres a picture from the bottom. I have more if you would like them let me know.

Heres another purchase I made. I have a whopping $50 in the 1000 watt amp 12 inch sub and box! I am honestly surprised by the performance of it all.

Heres what a passing deer thought.

Random I know, but I thought it was a decent picture.
bigluelok

yes more pics would be awesome.
Sancho

There's about five pictures of the radiator.

While I was shopping today I remembered that I wanted to do a suede headliner when I saw 3m spray adhesive. I got some nice faux suede that is gray. I have removed the headliner, but I have plans for tonight Very Happy Tomorrow morning I will wrap it and reinstall, I made sure to take plenty of pictures! Also got a meguiars clay bar kit that I will use on the 4dr, but I think its going to be more useful on the EM1 paint.
bigluelok

awesome man thank for the pic's and do a writeup on re wrapping the headliner. Very Happy
Sancho

The headliner is now wrapped in suede, but not installed in the car because of rain Sad  I think that it turned out well except for a little defect in the material.
Headliner removed

I couldn't remove this screw so I had to drill it, and then I had to break the plugs in the back.

Messy with a few tools

What I used to adhere the material to the headliner

I can't wait to install it in my car.
Sancho

The headliner is in the car and I am happy with it. Unfortunately I lost the little white push plug that goes underneath the rear view mirror. I also broke the two rear plugs, but the headliner fits great with those issues. I will post pictures later. I spent a little time with the Meguiars claybar and it did wonders to the fender and hood. Sadly there is nothing that can save the peeling clear coat on the roof, trunk and quarters. It sucks because the hood, fenders, and most of the doors have good paint still.
bigluelok

nice work man i am going to be doing a interior color change in the future on my wagon this diy would help temendously

Undecided yet, would've liked to have seen it mounted. It was more.. 'interesting -different' rather than good or bad.

Sweet project man! I like the story behind your motor... I too had a similar motor (1991 Civic SI was donated to our school and I inherited the 200 mile D16A6).

With any other LS I would have boosted it... but the one you have seems a bit special... I would just keep her as is, make it a clean swap, and just enjoy the motor until it hits 300k miles hahah thats just me though.

Keep it up man, your four door is clean.. keep it that way and keep the mods tasteful.  Very Happy

Its funny because NO one believes me when I tell them how many miles are on the ls. I really want to boost it to make the car even more fun to drive and be a sleeper. When I boost it I will miss the great mpg's I get. As far as tasteful mods go I am trying to keep it subtle, which is why I immediately removed the lip I put on and the tint from the taillights.

Yesterday I installed my Pioneer headunit and got rid of the crappy jvc.

Here are two pictures of the headliner finished. I had trouble getting decent pictures of it.

This weekend I am going to try to repo my old seats that are mint. Here are the current ones.

I sure would like to get an ef sedan squad sticker on my car, but I guess time will tell.
liljoey

headliner came out nice.where did u get the material?just at a local hobbie store?i wanna do mine in a light blue
Sancho

I went to Walmart. The fabric was 3.50 or 3.75 a yard, and I bought one and three quarters yards of it.  Then go to the automotive department and purchase yourself a can of 3m spray adhesive like I believe I  showed in one of the pictures. It says right on it that it can be used for headliners. It works great! I have upholstered many things before only to not have the adhesive hold so I highly recommend it. You can get the fabric from anywhere(Joanns, Micheals, etc) just make sure that its wide enough.
liljoey

thanks goin to do that.
Sancho

Today in my alignment and suspension class I replaced my outer tie rods, and upper control arms. They were original and in VERY bad shape. I would have loved to have replaced the lower ball joints, but I wouldn't have been able to do that and re-align it. Next Tuesday or Friday I will get them out. I found a great deal on a spearco intercooler last night, but I am working on picking it up which is an issue with school.
mitsubishiv5

holy shit that headliner is super sexy Smile bet it feels good huh? Wink
Sancho

Driving down the road I find myself stroking the headliner at times.

Today has left me somewhat confused. I basically am getting my em1 back since we got an 06 element for my mom. I just don't know if I will continue modding the 4dr or maybe do suspension on the em1. I know that I am stoked because I am doing another track day, and it's only $150!
mitsubishiv5

stroking headliners = happiness
Sancho

I got a jdm lower console piece! Kind of a pita to install, but i like it. I will get some pics up when I have time which I doubt since I just got a part time job, and busy with Auto Club. What ashtray works with the console?
Sancho

Worked on her today.I installed ceramic pads on the front, and inspected the rear drums. I adjusted them a bit, but I would like to convert to discs in the rear. There used to be a da in the local junk yard so if I have some free time I might go yank out the rear setup. Do I need the prop valve off of the da? I have been busy spending money on my em1 i got used groundcontrols, axles, urethane busing set, and some other stuff. I'm doing a track day next Friday so I'm trying to get rid of the old worn out things!
mitsubishiv5

you need the prop valve off a non ABS da. its a smaller one Smile

its really easy to convert to disk brakes, just remember to buy an ebrake cable from a DB DA lmao. good work though, keep doing your thang. i still love your headliner Razz

I know the da at the junk yard was non abs because I was getting tons of parts out of the engine bay Smile How much did the ebrake lines cost you?
mitsubishiv5

i think around 30 bucks. its a bitch to take off.
Sancho

I was wondering since I plan on using the da rear trailing arm, why not get the rear swaybar out of the car to. Since my car doesn't have one I would have to drill mounting holes in the car though. Has anyone ever done it? I also have  a da front swaybar from my swap, and i'm wondering if that is thicker than my stock one. I will have to find, and measure it. Any insight would be helpful. Also anybody know how to do rear trailing armbushings quickly? It took me 3 hours to do one side on my em1 Mad

Got a Skunk2 intake manifold today for a good deal. Its the gen1 I think. I haven't messed with the 4 dr lately because I was trying to get the EM1 ready for the track. I am not sure what gasket to use for my intake manifold. I am thinking about one of those Hondata ones, but I would appreciate some opinions because I have never used one.

Damn I haven't worked on the sedan in a long time.....

Well I have a leak in the trunk which lead to a mold issue. I took every thing out of the trunk, and the back seat. I put a couple hours into cleaning it up, and putting my big ass amp under the passenger seat. I'm going to do something custom with a sub I hate the big ass box. Tomorrow I'm going to order a test pipe and possibly one of those cheap headers so I can run my 2.5 inch exhaust.

As far as boosting the ls I still need a few more things, and it's still serving as my dd. I'm looking to get a rex to swap the drivetrain into and road race then put the single cam in the 4dr. There should be a couple updates before I start school up.

And a mileage update.

I have a Momo wheel, and I believe the model is Monte Carlo. Mine's hell of old like 81 or 83. AS far as omp I haven't ever heard of them as far as steering wheels are concerned. I believe they make gloves, suit's etc. Sorry for the lack of info.

When I choose a fabric or anything really, I consider the feel of it I love suede or in my case faux suede at the cost of like $3 a yard!

It's getting better.

Today I worked on making a sub box. I had intended to get a shallow ten, but just got a 10 inch subwoofer. I thought about doing a bandpass style box, but didn't have enough supplies on hand. Instead I made a ported box. I just need to cut the hole for the sub, and the porthole. Idk how good it will sound, but I'm going to try to rattle it apart Twisted Evil

I finally got off my ass and fixed my exhaust....I should have fixed it right months ago. I also finished up my sub enclosure, and it works pretty good although its ugly as hell.

Your sedan's looking pretty clean (those were your pix on H-T, right?).

No just someone else with a similar username.

Jk, but I have been spending alot more time on it lately. I need to order a im gasket, and test pipe so I can install my 2.5 inch exhaust, and Skunk 2 im. I will also be refinishing my hx's maybe Friday(depends if I can use my schools tire machine.)
Enneaitch

how big did the roof linning measure, have found some material i like but was wondering how large it would need to be?
Sancho

I don't remember the exact measurement. The fabric was either 45 or 48 inches wide iirc, and there was alot I cut off the sides.

I finally relocated my big ass amp under the passenger seat. I had to redo the power and ground connections because the person that did them before me did a terrible job. I also got rid of my license plate rattle! I'm thinking of something creative to do with my black housing projector headlights.... Hopefully I can get it done this weekend.

Here are a couple current pics.

Currently no, but theres not much to take pictures of. I have 4 sony 6.5's, and then a crappy 12 in a big box! I'm happy with the way it sounds Laughing

Tomorrow I've got alot planned. Assuming my awesome stainless header and test pipe(one that adds a minimum of 15 whp) shows up I will be installing my 2.5" exhaust. I will also be refinishing my hx's and installing my da lip from Monjan.
