The hatch garnish doesn't fit the sedan, but the sedan did have the option of the light up garnish.
I don't know what constitutes difficult to find, because that rear sedan garnish is a hard act to follow. But here's a few things I've come across.

Well, these I'm proud of.......... 88-89 cluster with 150MPH and 7,200 redline;
jdm sedan seats with red stitching front and back with these seat covers with the civic logo written all over them. I jumped on the seats a while back and held on for dear life..lol and yes they came with the bottom seat tray..

I try I try.. I almost had a light up civic center garnish but I was a few clicks to late v.v eh I will be happy when I get my hands on a ballade one
And I will take pics at the end of Jan.. when I put everything I have for my sedan on, and fix the rust.. it wont be painted but it will still be a site to behold!

You should. . it is always a topic of conversation when i have it up. . but watch out. .i have had one ass hole walk between my cars front and another in Atlanta and not knowingly had his backpack swipe the little green light. . . .Luckily it screws back in, but i was freaking out for a few minutes trying to find it.
I thought I was going t have to get a whole new pole cause of it. .

Very possible and that may explain it, mines a 1990 and has the rectangle ones. |

The round ones only were built in the CRX' & Civic's with VTEC engine.
So there were: EE8, EE9, EF8, EF9 Greets

From what i gather, the round fog lights where only offered on the 25XT Formula (hatch) and 35XT Formula (Sedan) models.
Accessories brochures still list the square fog lights as optional in those years too. |

I dont have much baller crap, but I have some pretty rare parts for an EF2. Wished I had more. Still trying to source the 88-89 ZC EF2 headlamps.
My 88-89 JDM/EDM tails. Amber wraps completely around the sides. 
My 88-89 JDM EF2 ZC Cluster 
JDM Power folding Mirrors, with switch and relay. Still need to wire up, but mirrors are installed.

I have kind of a Silly Question, about EDM Parts, I found a set of the Rear Fogs comes with the housing lights and switch. the USDM LX rear bumpers are about the same right? because I was thinking I could use an LX rear bumper and install them in it and have a sudo-EDM rear bumper...
