Popping noise under initial braking

Got this popping noise under braking below 20mph front driver side, sound like a bad axle, but it not.  It only does it when coming to complete stop when stepping on brake a little firm.  My shock is fine  when remove to inspect.

I've been having this problem for sometime now, and have posted in other various forum, so far no solution.

I even swap out the whole knuckle (so can't say it the bearing), replace LCA outer bushing, strut bushing, UCA, also check for play on tie rod (seem fine).

I was thinking to replace my brake caliper, but will change new disc and pad first, and also thought of the radius rod bushing.

Seeking for more input.. I am all ears.. thanks. Forum Index -> Suspension/Brakes/Wheels/Tires
