My Gold 88.

What's up guys, I'm AJ and I pretty much roam back and forth between West Covina and Van Nuys in SoCal. I'm somewhat new to Honda's. I own a couple of Supras, but I got this EF for free. You really can't argue with free!

It was taking up space at my buddy's house and he just wanted it gone. I graciously accepted it. It's Gold w/ brown interior. fully stock.

First thing was first, it got a wash and I cleaned up all the windows, and vacuumed the interior. This car was bone stock, down to the original head unit. Which was first swapped to a Kenwood Unit, because I only had one good tape: A Tribe Called Quest "Midnight Muraders". The next small thing was replace the factory healight corners with some JDM Tyte Amber's. The tranny was also original and slipping. So it was swapped out with a perfectly funcioning tranny. I plan to go 5-speed, after I take care of some other things.

Since my EF is now my daily and gets around 300+ miles to the tank, it wont be getting expensive and extensive mods that will keep it down for days. Instead, I just want it to be clean. But it'll eventually get a swap, I'm still learning about these Honda engines.

The latest things to go on the EF was JDM window visors and a set of Front and Rear Strut Bars and Front and Rear Lower Tie Bars. Surprisingly, they did make a difference. It's noticably stiffer than before. LoL. These were hand-me-down's from one of my buddy's that used ot have an EF Sedan also.

Here are the pics so far:

Amber Corners

Window Visors

Rear Strut Bar

I installed a Front Strut Bar, Front and Rear Lower Tie bars too, but not enough light to take pictures. I'm too lazy to take pictures too, LoL.

As you can see, it needs a new left fender and a hood, so they will be replaced for now but later with their JDM Counterparts. After, it will be getting painted, but I still can't decide on what color. Then shocks & springs and some wheels.

First things first though, I need a new windshield.

The visors were hand-me-downs from my buddy's old EF.

Well, I can probably get it through the engine supplier we (the shop I used to work at) go through. It's just going to take awhile. I have succesfully got a few front clips (Soarer - x2, Chaser) for my friends that wanted a swap. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find a EF front clip.

well what i seen here in the shops its just nose cuts but if u get a clip try getting the fenders with it because ur really gonna need them if not ur going to have to modify ur fenders u have now.

I'll keep that in mind when it comes time for it.
