My First Coilover System

So with my next paycheck I plan on purchasing Black Works Racing Coilovers.

My friend, who has been in the car game a lot longer than I have, recommended these for me. I was going for Tein, but he said these were great coilovers and cheaper, (Since I am working off of a tight money situation,) but they are only a hundred dollars cheaper. So I was wondering if any of you had any thoughts or suggestions on these are something some others that I should get.
This is my first build ever. I don't want to mess it up.

Never heard of them.  I would go with FnF Type1's.

I just did a lot of seaching and reading up on a lot of differant brands of coilovers and I saw a lot of bad feedback on Blackworks Racing.  I saw a lot of good and bad about F&F and in the end I went with Godspeed Project Type rs's after having good luck with my Godspeed Project Type ss's.

Thanks
I wasn't really able to find anything on the F&F's but I did on the Godspeeds. I must say that I am liking those, plus the price isn't that bad either. Hahaha

Blackworks, are great, don't quote nee but heard skunk 2 put them out
MattyJ

I dont believe Skunk2 made Blackworks...mainly because if skunk2 made them they would say skunk2... thats besides the point

I have been on my Ksports for about 3 years now. I have never had a problem. They ride well, they handle well, they are easy to adjust, and are fairly reasonable in pricing. They are exactly the same as the D2 full body coilovers.

Direct quote from the guys at Go-Autoworks: "Ksport is the best bang for your buck coilover." ( http://go-autoworks.com/ )

That's cool, as for performance parts I run with black works all day anyday, I have parts from them, fck what that he say she say shit. There performance parts for the motor are to me one of the best companies to come out. So I would go with them.

Since I cannot find any official reviews on Blackworks, my only option is the word of mouth, and I am find more hate threads on them then anything else. And the problem I keep reading about is the struts blowing out.  This is the reason why I have became sketchy about purchasing them.
As I said before, this is my first build, and it is also my daily. So I need suspension that is going to preform well both on and off the track.

So just to update; When I get my paycheck (Either today or tomorrow) I will be ordering some F&F Type 1's for $595 after shipping.
Thanks for all of your advice and comments.
Type-S EF

I am going Tein, because I build my cars for the long haul, I don't know any other company who will sell individual parts, or cater to the weekend racer like Tein, most of my friends with drift cars run nothing but.  You can send them in for rebuild and get them back in less than 10 days.  Good luck getting their service with anyone else who still makes suspension for a 20+ year old car.

I have heard good things about F&F, but like I said, parts and service are necessary for me, My DD has 328,764 miles on it.

Just my $.02
Type-S EF

Oh yeah, and this year, I'd like my EF to be promoted to DD status
