My ED2 - Project "HEH"

Posted on the intro a while back and i have done some more to my sedan since so i thought i would share it

The day I got it I put on my import Watanabes and measured up the exhaust

With the suspension done

I had the top of the back bumper sprayed because it had been painted using brushes.
Also took the rear stickers off to try and clean up the look of the back too.

With the Vr6 Lip and New Numberplate and the front sprayed up

With the exhaust

Just a couple of pics of a mates civic and mine
His on a few forums so someone may recognise it

Swapped my old ed7 bonnet and front bumper which needed alot of tlc for a Nardi steering wheel and boss

Picked up these and then fitted them the next day with custom rails that still need to be painted but i think im going to get some recaro's or brides if i can find them for the right price because after driving for about 1 hour these hurt your lower back lol.
Also fitted my sparco harness

I also got my rear wind deflectors in the post which came seperate from the front because in germany in august lorries are banned from highways on the weekends or something Laughing

Yer I have a list of stuff to save for that's in the works

  1. SSR Mk2/3 's (Havent decided which yet)
  2. Meister R Zeta coilovers
  3. Crx dash
  4. Honda Shuttle Sideskirts (Now Fitted)
  5. Civic Si Import Rear Bumper (Or Build my own)
  6. Custom Built Cage
  7. Hopefully a custom built D16a6 engine
Quote:
DNR special D16a6,
built using D13 pistons, B20 con rods, new shells, ported head cr is circa 12:1 using stock Honda parts, D15B cam shaft, this motor has the ability to run well over 150bhp with incredible amounts of torque for a 1.6 d-series

The suspension is oem shocks with H&R springs (40mm drop), just waiting til after xmas to get some coilovers Smile

The sideskirts are beagle shuttle ones, all i did was was cut off 1 clip and make a recess into the mudflap and they fitted

Steelies are going back on for the moment because I have dented and maybe buckeled the wheel I hit the otherday and my watanabes dont have enough tred left for this weather, plus im pretty sure there summer tyres lol

Sending the purple ones off hopefully to a local guy to get them refurbed, I'm thinking of getting them painted aswell, maybe gunmetal or something and then putting them on the golf.
so the "nabes" are going back on Laughing

The "list" of stuff I want/need/sort at the moment is
    *Electrical Gremlins
    *Clutch
    *Tyres
*New Lip (Not sure what one yet)
    *Coilovers

Right bit of a update

decided that i never like the storm wheels so i have given them a refurb and there going on my golf clipper

I also fitted the carpet i bought off marc in october last weekend and never checked sizes and realised the crx has a smaller floor plan so i have got some more carpet style fabric and im gonna add on to the back but do a join underneath the seats, i have also started spraying up the brown plastics in the car black, including door cards and my girlfriend and her mate are gonna re trim them for with this style fabric Very Happy

as i always seem to wear lumberjack tops Razz
Im tempeted to take the headliner out and have something done with that aswell

Just a couple when I was doing the carpet.
My mates nova in the back ground that we are track preparing and redtoping (find the engine in the picture, i'll give you a clue, wheelbarrow lol)

My exhaust was blowing big time also from where the 2nd silencer being so low had scrapped pretty much away so decided to cut it out and weld a new piece of pipe in there, started the welding and the welder died Sad so a guy daveymo knows off the jpoc forum sorted it out for me
fitted it all back in and now it has that "civic" rasp at like 4k-rpm (FAKE VTEC yO!) ahah

gonna hopefully flush the fogs this weekend and run the cables into my rear lights or garnish

yeh, do the same with the front bumper indicators, relocate them to the sidelites that would look sweet Cool

I'm really tempted to relocate the indicators to the sidelights, change the indicators in the bumper to fogs and get dual headlights and put the sidelights in the headlights Smile

Got my Evo4 Recaro in now

A few progress pics of the fogs and how it looks at the moment

Just a few random pics

~Sp33~

It's amusing that you deleted the foglights, yet people elsewhere would pay hundreds for them.
AntsEf55

I was just about to comment on that... People want those bumpers here and you just covered them up... you could have easily swapped bumpers with someone on this site and made each other happy.

Confused
4th gen sedan

I would do the same @ mine new OEM rearbumper ^^ with the foglights

You should really put a harness bar in there. A compressed spine isn't worth it.  Wink
