My 1990 DX Sedan DPFI->MPFI, Auto->Manual, D15->B18The car started as a 1.5L automatic, but after the headgasket started leaking coolant I thought it was time for some fun. Since I got the car for $500 it allowed me to spend more on a new drivetrain. I'll let the pics do most of the talking.
It's from a '92 LS, but the junkyard was having a sale and I got it for $75.
At this point I'm still not exactly sure what to do with the PS hoses. I don't intend on having power steering, but I don't want to just cut up the hoses as they could be used in the future by someone. I've just got them tied off to the side and I'm planning on finding a rack from a DA Integra because they are supposed to be shorter lock-to-lock.
Other than that I've got a sway bar from an SI that I still need to install and then I'll go for the standard I,H,E, and see where I stand from there. This car is intended to be just a fun cheap daily driver that I'm trying not to spend tons of money on. Ideally I'd like to go for some new springs & shocks, but that will have to wait until I'm working again. I've also got a set of 16" mags left over from an older car that I had and they just need some new tires.

those power steering hose can be disconnected all the way in the bottom by the back be careful you might cut your self as for the other stuff. you can toss the PS resrvor. the rack and pinon you can switch it to the 88dx non powersteering rack and pinon or get the quaife ( big difference ). if you want the powersteering i used DA powersteering hose with DA powersteering pump. straight bolt on. perfect for daily use. btw cool pick apart sticker

Thanks a lot guys, I've had a couple of Honda's in the past, but nothing that has gone this far.
Icarus, the engine mounts were some cheap ebay specials. They are not of the highest quality, but the price was right and if need be my neighbour has a welder. The seller is nite_racing.

The urethane used is a lot stiffer than the stuff I've used in the past to make my own mount inserts. It's not too bad although it can shake up my rear view mirror quite at bit sometimes.
JDQCIVIC4DR, thanks for the advice. Did you find that the Integra rack is a quicker ratio? The Pick a Part sticker is a must, after all, most of the parts were sourced from them!

i drove a crx with a qualife rack big difference once i turn it a bit it turned. My brother ef went with non power steer rack seemed easier to turn compared to the powersteer rack with no powersteering pump. i really dont know the ratio i gotta ask and find out. FYI those non name brand ebay mounts strip fast or bolt comes off on the driver side. the obd 0 - obd1 harness ebay cheapo ones the pins get lose. ebay 12 dollar short shifter DO NOT BUY. tawian POS breaks at ball point good thing i was neutral and the shifter stick was in the back seat LOLZ.

my sedan with the powersteering taken off turns faster and easier than a hatch's manual steering rack.

Thanks! I haven't done much other than drive it lately. I did pick up a cheap intake, and some Teg knuckles & brakes that will go on once I upgrade from the ballin' 13" Steelies.

how was it with the auto to manual? was it hard to switch the pedal assembly?

The auto to manual isn't that bad if you know how to handle a ratchet. The pedal assembly is time consuming, but I wouldn't really call it difficult. You just have to know where all the nuts are hiding.
I picked up a custom exhaust meant for a 4dr DC Teg. It was only $50, so I'll cut it up and make it fit my sedan. I also picked up a DA steering rack because they supposedly bolt in and have a closer ratio. I also scored an old MOMO wheel from the junkyard.
