Huge thanks for that thread!!!! I know what im doing for rims and suspension now!!!!

Question about the axels..... What's the difference for my dx and the itr? Do i buy another set of axels and make one set out of the two?!?! Or?!?!?

i would think you would just need itr axles if your already b series but if your not i would think you would need d series axles with outer itr cv joints. that is just my guess though i dont know how much different the itr axles are to ours.

ok. so now I am torn........I really like the idea of having the larger brakes from the itr, and I like the ctr rims. but I also like the fat fives too.......for a mild street build like I am doing, I think the little bit larger brakes from an ex or integra with better rotors, pads and brake lines would still show a huge improvement over the dx disk/drum set up.........and the cost would be way less than the itr swap and there would be less suspension problems and.......shit, I need some direction on this.......

I used the regular integra brakes all the way around on my hatch and it would great. I had also upgraded rotors and pads but hadn't done bigger calipers yet and it stopped a lot better than any integra I have ever driven including an 01 integra type r.

so the integra brakes will bolt to the ex knuckles? right? and the rear trailing arms from 94-01 integra? then the p-brake cables from a da integra? is this right? anything else?

i have the usdm itr 5 lug conversion on my lx sedan..... first of all if you have a single cam it won't work, unless you have some custom axles that has bigger outer w/e you call it that connects to the itr spindle..... from that link... you can use a ex/si spindle i used a da spindle.... i tried using the stock itr spindle but the camber is really positive... pops out like a low low on hydro... i used the outer itr hub bearing and da inner bearings.... i would recommend that you change the master cylinder and brake booster to at least an integra dc/db one.... i got lucky and found a itr brake booster/ master cylinder... really big difference in stopping.... my gf db8 integra has the 5 lug on it also and my car brakes alot better than hers... of course the civic is lighter... also the poportion valve lol spelled it wrong oh well ..... good luck!!!! check out my civic its under MY PROJECT under pics

your car is pretty sick man. I found a DA suspension and brake set up at a local yard. I am in the process of tearing it down and cleaning/painting most of it. new bushings and skunk2 suspension. no coilovers just drop springs and struts. front and rear camber adjusters and ultra racing support bars. going to with some after market rims. 16" at some point I will buy the wilwood front and rear brake set up. time and money........
