my car dumping white smoke alot is it head gasket or burned rings ??? Crying or Very sad

If your piston rings were burnt out then oil would be getting into your piston chambers. White smoke is coolant, so my bet would be on a head gasket.

funny i have that same problem when i got from idle to going speed it throws out white smoke too but its not constant.

Might mean something is going to go soon. . Mine did a ton of white smoke when it overheated and warped the head. . Coolant was going everywhere. .I had to get a new head. . That is when i went SOHC vtec. . Laughing

i wish i could do that but over here the smog and all that bullshit i mean its a little hard but i got a smog hook up. but i dont drive my car hard or far so lets just hope it dont go soon it had over 310 thousand miles on it so im pretty sure it will go soon.

found out what was wrong pulled out the head this moring en there was coolant on the cylinder were the pistons so i vacum all the coolant then resurface the head and the block then changed the head gasket ... but still smoking when im reving it when it idles does not smoke i think i got change the oil coz the oil en coolant they mixed up in the block

You have to drain all your fluids. . all. . oil, coolant, etc. .
then re-fill. .

I did all that but i found vals seals are bad dnt somke when it idles but wen u floor it dumps smoke

Valve seals should be blue smoke.
