H2D setupok i been havin ideas of doing a h22 to a d-series tranny swap.. and i'm wondering when you use axles, you'd have to use prelude axles right? and for the side with the tranny wouldn't you have to stick with the regular civic axle? how would that work?

everything stays the same, except: Engine, 2 mounts (the front one goes away) flywheel, and wiring harness.
Something needs to be done for hood clearance, and that includes the clutch cable routing.
Someone on here has this completed. so please chime in if i am forgetting something.

D series trans are stronger and less problematic (just be careful with the differential spider gears and shift forks on cable models.)
The B does have more gear ratios to choose from, and all have equal length drive shafts. But if you blow up a D series trans, they are the cheapest and most readily available.
