Today I saw two very, very, very, very rare and much more nicer cars!
I really love that damn Civic 88-91 generation.
But I would fell in love, when I anytime shall get the possibillity to buy such a car. Embarassed

Nice. . american muscle. .and Italian supercar. .

When we lived in Italy, i remember the looks my dad got with his 1973 Dodge Charger SE. . There were a few Alfa Romero's that tried to race him through the highways. . . The Charger took them with no issues. . the only thing that sucked was filling it up was the pain!

The thing is, in Europe, those are not common at all. .any Amercian muscle car is a rarity out there. . .

I was driving through Germany last week (done a huge drive through europe) and must say I HATED the Autobahn...

Nothing but trucks and road works.. Then just got to the Nurbergring (after 9hours driving) and a german police officer pulled me over just as I was going on the track and delayed me 25mins till the track was closed Evil or Very Mad

Yea missed ou on nurbergring Mad

He pulled me over for having no Tax (which I did) then he went through all the paperwork, insurance, licence and after about 20mins admitted that everything was fine..

Was looking forward to it for ages then that crap when I got there

@C-Rex again: I'm sure you only drove the A61.
There are parts of the Autobahn, you can drive many kilometres, w/o see other cars...

And please remind: Do NOT drive on a friday or saturday from west to east (A1, A2 Cologne - Berlin, for example) or south to north (A1 Cologne - Hamburg ... both directions or A3, A5, A61 Cologne - Frankfurt - Basel (CH)/Munich)
there is so much traffic! Horroble
And in the next two weeks, I'm sure, it will not make much fun to drive on the autobahn.
'cause many parts of Germany are getting school-holidays.
And Belgium and the Netherlands, too!
People from Belgium and the Netherlands are know for using german Autobahn net for drivin to holidays Wink

yesterday I drove to the south of Germany (gasoline is more expensive than in the US or anywhere else. So I like to drive. but not so long routes... however)
I drove 1277 km with my ED7 Hatch.

so, and THESE are reasons, why I like our Autobahn.
You only have to know WHERE (wich routes) and WHAT times you drive.
Then you have no trouble with traffic jams or road works Smile

I'd nothing to do... in the middle of the night... Smile

yes, it's complete stock. Except the lowering springs, the rims and the steering wheel

wich engine is in your Sedan, Steve? Is it the D16 DOHC from CRX or what is it?
In Germany we only had Sedans with SOHC engines...
D14A1 (ED2), D15B2 (ED3) and D16A6/Z2 (ED4)

Its a D16a8 (DOHC), but i have had the cat converter removed, so it's practically a D16a9

The same engine as the CRX.

So, this evening was the weekly japanese car meet in the near of mine... and it was great after a long time!
A long time, there only came cars but not interesting people.
I took hella photos and I have to show them to you.
I think the photos are great. It was a great meet.
