F/S: custom shaved & sandblasted vc:

I have up forsale a SOHC Dseries valve cover. It has been sandblasted inside/out then shaved and filled in w/aluminum tig welding. This vc is NOT painted or coated with anything. It is fresh out of the sandblaster.

The things that have been shaved are:

Here is a link to a previous vc I've done:

I am asking $60 shipped how it sits.If I get it painted price will be $80 shipped. The color it was planned to be painted was House 0f Kolor Rootbeer Kandy.

Ef3typeS can vouch for how clean my vc's are when finished.
thanks.

hot_pankeyk

This is the second one I've done to sell. But I've done many from other cars to these.DOHC to SOHC..I plan on customizing one on my ruckus when i get it haha.

updated pictures before paint soon anyone want it before it goes in? price goes up w/paint.

its really nice but i have to pay someone for a hoodbra. is it hard for you to add a word? just curious

I can have a stencil made and applied before/during paint process.after it comes off we clear it.But no way can I stamp anything these are casted like this.I honestly wouldn't want to alter it anymore than what I have other than shaving the rest of the hondamotorco. and doing some crazy theme on the top portion but other than that I'd stay away from it.

They look so amazing after I am finished compared to how they come. Not trying to too my own horn but honestly it is so ugly oem styling.

Bump.

Just wondering why you would sandblast the inside when hot tanking works better. Plus the chance of media/sand remaining in the inside is alot higher which could pose a huge threat to your rod and crank bearings.

If you look closely in the picture I took of the inside you'll see that the baffles were covered tightly so there is NO way any media is in there.Plus the port where the vacuum line goes was corked.I also have FREE sandblasting for anything why spend money on something that cost when you have access to something just as good free?.

thank you for the bump,do not take my comment the wrong way just know after blasting it is sprayed w/the air compressor so there is no harm to your engine at all.We placed a small cork into the baffle, then applied 2 layers of tape that will not peel/eat away w/the media blasting.

No offence taken. Just wondering why. Free stuff always means good stuff. Cool
hot_pankeyk

Yea well it is not free, just doesn't cost money.I always end up doing some type of work around there to equal it out but it's a friend so it is all cool.

NEW PRICE = $50 SHIPPED
hot_pankeyk

shoot me offers shipped people ?
hot_pankeyk

I'll let this go $50 shipped..shipping is $15 so you get the vc ready for paint for great deal.I usually make $60-$70 locally off these.
