Engine swap? Spark plug Tube...

Ok so i just bought a 91 Dx that has a D15b2, the motor runs good i just hear a little rattling. I pull the wires and fine oil and a milky water substance in the spark plug tubes. I'm not sure what this can be caused from...i changed the spark plug tube gaskets and the valve cover gasket. I am thinking about swapping the engine if i cant fix the problem. Does anyone know what can be causing this??

you may not have removed all of the oil out of the spark plug tube, and replaced the tube seals. or you could have a bad headgasket. check your oil for the same milkshake substance.

Well i cleaned out the tubes really well so there was no substance left behind. And i did replace the spark plug tube gaskets. If the head gasket is blown will that cause oil to get up into the tube?
Icarus

replace the seals between the tube and the head

the ones that are under the camshaft?

Referring to the bottom picture, replace the gold o rings? Because i have already replaced the tube gaskets that go to the top of the valve cover.
Icarus

no no, you have to lift the entire rocker/ valve train to get at them...
you dont need to remove the cam when doing this.

Oh ok, but you think it is those o rings that are labeled in gold in that picture?

no i own 3 of those valve trains, there is not seal or gold down there.

I think its oil residue, also the spark plug sits there.

unless you have damaged rings and plugs, it is highly unlikely that oil it coming from the cylinder..

ok, i was just referring to them as gold in the photo. Yea i think that im going to buy some new plugs tomorrow and see what happens.
Thank you though....

i had that problem too oil on top of the spark plugs due to wore gaskets. autozone sells the valve cover gasket kit for $19.99 includes the gaskets for the valve cover each side of the 10mm nut n the ones for the spark plug, but if you're saying you got oil n milky water on the bottom of the plugs its either you got a warped head or blown gasket or cracked cylinder wall.
