ED2 to EF5Well, im in the prossess of getting a block, D16a6, i have a D16Z6 Head, and D17 Crankshaft.
Well, the title has changed, because the block is junk.....kinda. When it overheated, the sleeves shifted, so now it would have to be sleeved and i just don't think its worth it.....
Well, as the car sits right now, the rack is out, the front lower control arms are out, both bolts through the lower control arms and rear sub frame seized in the bushing. I had to cut one, and will probably have to finish by drilling it out. But i got the 93 accord ABS booster and integra ABS master installed, and i got the ABS controller and wiring and fuse box and relays ect from a 94 integra in the bone yard. Total tally was 150 for integra dash and cluster center console and ABS pump.
$50 for fuse box, ABS pump wiring harness diagnostic port front ABS sensor clips, ABS control unit.
I am welding the exhaust up next friday night, i will take pictures then.
finally back on the road after almost a year, i am syked

i'm working with the D16A6 block, and the only D17 part is the crank. probably getting scat rods, and nippon racing pistions. i just need to get my rod length right for low piston velocity, and since nobody does this combo, im having to calculate on my own, and then trying to find one the right length! Grrrrr

you might check out weisco pistons for custom pin heights or dome sizing.

Thanks. i'll look into that, but im thinking i might see how the stock D15B2 rods are they are shorter than all the D16's. I want to be b20 in the end, but i dont want something to tide me over and we'll see how this is.
