D15 trannywould a D15B bolt up with any d series tranny? because im going to change the engine and i dont know if the output shaft of the tranny would be a problem bolting up with the engine because ive heard that some trannys have one more spline than others.

88 have 21 89-00 have 20, and that just means you have to use a 88 trans, doesnt mean they wont bolt up, they will. All of them

yea if you have an 88 tranny, you will need a clutch disc from an 88, and a pressure plate from an 89+ a real hassle, we have been through it.

man do i hear you^^ its a big hassel it took me 1 or 2 months to find a tranny.

the junk yard 2 miles from my house has an HF trans but want $200! and thats my frequent buyer discount, i said No thanks.
