Corner and side marker problem

So one fine morning before work, I got in my beautiful sedan, put my steering wheel on, turned the key and heard a very scary sound. Sounded like static the a beeping noise like my car door was open. Then suddenly my radio didn't turn on, my cigarette lighter turned off my charger, and my clock turned off. The center console was dead  Crying or Very sad . So I change the fuse, and check everything else to make sure none of the wires burnt or anything. Nothing. Then I realize my corner lights and side markers are not working at all. But my lower lights do work... Can anyone help me with this issue? It would be greatly appreciated.

So I did what you guys said...there's no power coming from the fuse panel under the dash. I tested it with a power tester and nothing... Sad and suggestions guys?

Don't quote me as I know as much about electrical as I do about being a dentist, but if there is no power to the dash fuses, then there must be a short under the hood. I feel that's reasonable. Have you checked all the wires looms? God knows how hard it would be to find though. All I can think is short or the circuit isn't complete.

This sounds like a problem I just helped my buddy fix on his lincoln towncar same issues you where saying so to keep it short and sweet it was a bad ground wire inside the vehicle that was loose but I ended up replacing the whole ground for the hell of it and made sure to check all the cars grounds as well.

I was gonna end up checking that. I appreciate the info man. Ill get under the dash and check all the grounds I can. It's weird because before my clock was completely off. NOW the clock is on but when the car is turned of and turned back on itis back to 1:00 weird right...

She's fixed!!! Traced a wire all the way to the bay and it was extra crispy. Changed the fuse box wire and fuse and she's all good
