B16A Swap DriveshaftsJust wondering what you guys that have B16 swaps doing for shafts?
When I was doing my swap from the ZC to B16 i bought a full CRX iVT and used the standard b series shafts from it.
Now what I noticed was the passenger side (driver side for you americans!) shaft was a perfect length, but the driver side (passenger for you americans!) was slightly too short. What was happening was the bearings that go into the inner cup would sit close to the outside of the cup and on full lock one of the bearings would sit half way outside.
Now I used the shafts that way for a while but i'm going to change it out because the Si ZC shaft is about 1 - 2" longer then the CRX one, so it should be a perfect fit..

There is two types of shafts fitted on B series cable hondas
sh3 and sk7 there is a difference in length of the intermediate shaft from the gearbox if you swap yours you may solve the problem

How do you mean Paul?
Intermediate shaft is fine and the passenger side seems to have the correct length and thats the one that sits into the intermediate shaft?
