Recent updates on different dates that have not yet been publicly logged.

Steven aka ~sp33~ has created our new banner. I have decided to discontinue our monthly banner contest for the time being as there was a lack of interest.

New smileys added.

New section - project logs. This was brought up a while ago but I didn't see a need to impliment it until this time.
